Good to know before you start
- Each workspace is its own subscription with its own limits. Five clients on Professional would be 5 × $39 = $195 a month billed annually. Orbin does not have a single agency plan across clients.
- You work in one workspace at a time. There is no combined dashboard across clients.
- Viewers are read-only. A client cannot approve or comment on a post inside Orbin, and there is no multi-step approval chain for every post. Review covers AI Autopilot drafts, comment replies and AI video.
- There is no white-label reporting or branded client portal. Exports are Orbin-formatted.
- Orbin publishes to Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn. If a client needs Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads, those are not available yet.

Can I manage multiple clients in Orbin?+
Yes. Create a workspace for each client, connect that client’s accounts to it, and switch between workspaces from the workspace menu. Each workspace has its own calendar, drafts, analytics, brand voice and team.
How does Orbin bill an agency?+
Per workspace. Each client workspace has its own plan and subscription, billed monthly or annually. Professional is $39 a month and Business is $79 a month billed annually, so your cost grows by one plan for each client you add, not by seat or by channel.
Can my client see the calendar without being able to change it?+
Yes. Invite them with the Viewer role. A Viewer can see the calendar, posts and analytics but cannot create, edit, schedule or publish posts or use AI generation. They also cannot approve posts inside Orbin, so approvals still happen outside it.
Can I export reports for my clients?+
Each workspace’s analytics dashboard exports a CSV with summary totals, a per-network breakdown and the top posts, and can be saved as a PDF. The exports are not white-labeled.
Does Orbin work for freelancers with only a few clients?+
Yes, and Starter at $15 a month billed annually is the entry point for a small client. Check the pricing calculator against the tools you are comparing before you decide, since per-seat tools cost more as the team grows.
