Human review by default
- Approval is required on Professional. On Professional, every reply waits for your approval. Full auto-post is a Business-and-above option.
- Verified inbound comments. Comment notifications from the platform are signature-verified before Orbin acts on them.
- Hourly rate limits. Automatic replies are capped per hour by plan, so an unexpected surge of comments cannot trigger a flood of replies.
Good to know
- Supported networks are Facebook and Instagram.
- AI comment replies are not included on Starter.
- Sentiment detection is automated and can be wrong, which is why keeping approval on for new setups is recommended.
