How AI Autopilot works
Scan your website
Enter your URL. Orbin builds a profile of your business — what you do, who you serve, your products and your selling points — that you can edit.
Choose your content mix
Set up categories such as Educational, Promotional, Engagement, Behind the scenes, Testimonial, News and trends, Seasonal, or Custom, each with its own posts per week and custom instructions.
Set days, times and networks
Pick your target posts per week, the days and times you want to publish, and which connected accounts Autopilot should post to.
Review, or let it publish
Drafts land in Posts → Drafts for approval. On plans that allow it, turn review off to let approved categories publish on schedule.
What AI Autopilot includes
A business profile you control
The AI’s understanding of your business is shown in plain fields — name, audience, products, selling points — so you can correct it instead of guessing what it knows. Re-scan whenever your site changes.
A content mix, not a content blur
Each category has its own weekly volume and instructions, and the Overview tab shows your mix as a percentage of posts, so your feed balances education, promotion, and engagement on purpose.
Images, photo Reels, and video
Categories can include AI-generated images (with watermark control), photo Reels, and — on Professional and above — AI avatar video, each switched on per category.
A run history
The History tab lists every Autopilot run with its status and any error, so you can see what was generated and what failed.
You stay in control
- Review is the default. On Professional, Autopilot always saves posts as drafts for your approval. Auto-publish is a Business-and-above option that you turn on deliberately.
- AI video always needs approval. A post that contains AI-generated video cannot be scheduled or published until you approve it, regardless of your other Autopilot settings.
- Limits by plan. Posts per week are capped by plan so a misconfigured schedule cannot flood your accounts.
Good to know
- Autopilot is not included on Starter.
- It needs at least one connected social account and at least one enabled category.
- Quality follows your inputs: a specific business profile and clear category instructions produce noticeably better drafts than defaults.
- It drafts and schedules content; it does not replace reviewing your brand’s voice on sensitive topics.
