Per workspace. Each workspace — for example, a separate brand or client — has its own plan, its own 14-day trial, and its own subscription, so usage and limits never mix between them. Adding another workspace means choosing a plan and starting a new trial for it.

Paying annually gives you 20% off the monthly rate — roughly two-and-a-half months free every year.

Orbin publishes to Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn, all managed from a single calendar. Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads are coming soon.

On Professional, Orbin drafts replies to comments on your Facebook and Instagram posts and holds every one for your approval before it posts. On Business and above, you can turn on fully automatic posting — Orbin still routes anything it detects as a negative or sensitive comment back to you for review.

It's not available on Starter. Professional generates up to 14 posts/week and always holds them for your review before publishing. Business raises that to 28 posts/week and lets you turn on auto-publish. Enterprise removes the post and category limits entirely.

Available on Professional and above, it generates a short talking-avatar video — using an avatar you create from your own founder, employee, or brand ambassador (never a generic stock persona) — for brand announcements, demos, and promos. Every AI video always requires your review before it publishes, no matter your Autopilot settings. Orbin does not add an AI-content label to published posts, so check each network's rules on AI-generated content and label your videos yourself where a network or the law requires it. "Customer story" videos require a real, sourced testimonial (a link or screenshot of the original review) rather than a freely written script, since we can't verify a testimonial's authenticity otherwise. Business and above can also select a higher-fidelity "premium realism" engine.

Your OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and every workspace is isolated. Orbin only publishes what you schedule, or what you have explicitly set to auto-publish: AI drafts, comment replies, and videos wait for your review unless you turn on automatic posting on a plan that allows it.
