How to schedule Facebook posts with Orbin
Connect your Page
Log in with Facebook, grant the requested permissions, and choose the Page you want to manage. You can connect more than one.
Write or generate the post
Write your own copy or let Claude draft it in your brand voice, then add photos if you want them.
Pick a date and time
Schedule for later on the shared content calendar, or publish immediately. Save as a draft if you are not ready to commit.
Orbin publishes it
At the scheduled time Orbin posts to your Page. If a post fails, you can reconnect the account and retry it.

- Text posts. Plain posts of any length up to Facebook’s limit.
- Photo posts. One or more images with your caption.
- Comment replies. AI-drafted replies to comments on your Page posts, with review or auto-post.
Requirements and limits
- Orbin publishes to Facebook Pages, not personal profiles. Meta’s API does not allow publishing to personal profiles.
- You must be an admin of the Page you connect.
- Images are fetched by URL, so media must be publicly reachable; Orbin handles this for uploads made in the app.

Can I schedule posts to my personal Facebook profile?+
No. Orbin publishes to Facebook Pages you administer. Meta’s API does not allow third-party tools to publish to personal profiles.
Do I need to be a Page admin?+
Yes. Only an admin of a Page can grant Orbin permission to publish to it. If no Pages appear after connecting, you are either not an admin of any Page or you connected a personal profile.
Can I schedule posts with photos?+
Yes. You can attach one or more images to a Facebook post.
What permissions does Orbin ask for?+
Permission to publish and schedule posts, and to read Page engagement (likes, comments, and reach) for analytics. Orbin requests only what the features you use need.
Can Orbin reply to Facebook comments?+
Yes, on Professional and above. Orbin drafts replies to comments on your Page posts; you approve them, or on Business and above let Orbin post automatically.
