Troubleshooting

Quick fixes for the most common issues — failed posts, disconnected accounts, and missing data.

Last updated

Most issues fall into a few buckets. Try these before reaching out.

A post failed to publish

  • Reconnect the account. Access tokens expire; open the account and click Reconnect.
  • Check the content rules. Each platform has its own limits (caption length, number of images, video format). The composer warns you before you schedule.
  • Retry the post. Open the failed post and click Retry — transient platform outages are common.

An account shows "Disconnected"

This means the platform revoked Orbin's access — usually a password change or permission timeout. Click Reconnect and re-grant access.

Analytics look empty

  • New accounts take a day or two to backfill historical data.
  • Analytics only populate for posts published through Orbin or already on the connected account.

AI generation isn't working

  • Confirm you haven't hit your plan's monthly AI limit (see Billing & subscriptions).
  • Try a more specific prompt — vague prompts produce vague output.

Still stuck?

Open the help button (bottom-right) and choose Contact support, or use Send Feedback to report a bug. Include what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot if you can.
